Read Across America Day is an annual event that is celebrated on Dr. Seuss’s birthday. E.E. Miller students enjoyed many events including a computer quiz in which all classes logged in to the game at the same time and raced to see which class could answer the most questions correctly in the shortest time. Bulletin boards featuring Dr. Seuss books adorned the hallways. Displays were set up in the multipurpose room representing different books. Perhaps the most fun, however, was watching students and staff members parade the halls dressed up as Dr. Seuss characters!
